Hugh Moffatt's "Songs from the Back of the Church" (lunch optional)

 — (CST, UTC-06) — (CST, UTC-06)

Belle Meade United Methodist Church, 121 Davidson Road, Nashville, TN 37205

"Songs From the Back of the Church" is a group of songs and stories about God and Christianity from the point of view of people on the fringes of Christian society. Humorous or serious, tongue-in-cheek or pointed, song by song the program builds a robust portrait of the richness and variety of off-the-map Christianity. The late Will Campbell, nationally known author and preacher, called the collection “prophetic, grace-filled”.

RSVP for lunch please! We will begin with lunch in the Fellowship Hall at 11:30 AM and move to the Chapel for the concert at 12:00 PM. Directional signs will be displayed for your convenience. Lunch costs $12 and payment can be made at the door via cash, check or Venmo. RSVP to Sam@bellemeadeumc.org and indicate if you wish to have lunch at 11:30 AM. There is no charge for the concert but donations for the church will be accepted.
